How long will it take? |

This question really depends on what you need included in your website, but as a general rule - simple websites can be completed in around 4 weeks while more involved websites can be around 8 to 10 weeks. If your situation is urgent we will do our best to meet your time requirements. What's important is that you will know before you start how long it will take - we make sure of that.

What if I want to change something? |

Change is natural when developing a website. We can discuss an arrangement that best suits your needs in terms of what you need to change and how often it requires changing, in addition to who changes it - you or us!

Are there any ongoing costs? |

There are no ongoing costs for designing a website.
However, website 'hosting' is a requirement for a website to be 'live' (active) on the Internet and there is a charge associated with this - it is usually an annual or paid-monthly ongoing cost. We offer hosting on one of Australia's most sought after hosting services with unlimited email accounts and extremely high availability (reliability), however you are welcome to choose another hosting service if you prefer - there are no requirements to host your site with us. |
